Dr. Jennifer Kovacs Pharm.D., RPh earned her doctorate in pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University in 2002. She has worked in many aspects of pharmaceutical care including retail settings and management, hospital, long-term care/hospice, pain management and currently USP <795><800> nonsterile compounding focusing on veterinary medicine and HRT hormone replacement.
She is currently licensed in AZ, FL, NC and SC is a busy Mom, pharmacy manager and the owner of Healing Leaf Health & Wellness, LLC. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Compassionate SC, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting the opiate epidemic, public education on the benefits of alternative treatments for debilitating conditions and impacting quality of life and protecting people at the legislative level. Jennifer has testified before House and Senate Representatives multiple times to help cannabis legislation pass for medicinal cannabis. The most passionate advocates often find their voice when inspired and driven to so out of a loved one’s suffering. Her mother’s late life diagnosis of SLE Lupus and father’s degenerative disc disease/stenosis fuels a passion for treatment modalities outside of Western Medicine and to pursue alternative options and educate herself and others.
